A Touch Of Death: Native Americans and Smallpox
Synopsis:
A Touch Of Death gives a detailed history of smallpox and specifically how Native American tribes were affected by the disease. The documentary includes four chapters, discussing what smallpox is, how it was transmitted in North America, how it devastated Native Americans, and how it was eventually irradicated. The project was completed as an honors project for Penn State York in the fall of 2025. Released 12/17/2025
